How about direct access from Apple 4 th generation TV to current BBC, Swedish and Danish TV series that can be recored and played later?

apple don't make those apps
there are apps for danish and swedish and I assume english channels but I'm not sure about it being legal to record it and store it
not even sure one can legally do this on a computer
